1. How do I register for this program?

After you have read our Terms & Conditions and decided to join us, just click on the Join Now! menu button. You have to put in your details including username & password. Ensure to tick the box stating that you have read our Terms & Conditions. Click Sign Me Up button, and you will be brought to the next page where you have to do the subscription payment of the membership fee of $5.95 monthly. Once this is successful, you will get an email with your account details, and the page will automatically re-direct you to the login page.

2. I only have PayPal. Can I use it for membership payment and to receive commissions?

No. PayPal does not permit these types of programs. You will need to get a AlertPay account (Personal Pro or Business) which is free.

3. Are multiple accounts allowed?

Yes, we allow unlimited additional memberships besides your original membership. However, you must keep in mind that there will be an additional monthly membership fee for each membership. Be sure to join under your original membership so you get the referral commissions and monthly payout. Also, you will need to use a different email address for each membership. Gmail is your best free email provider when creating additional email addresses, because they usually will not bounce. Many members will want to join three additional times directly under their first position in the matrix, so they can leverage their earnings, which can add up to a lot more extra monthly income. Extra memberships are not for everybody, but for those experienced online marketers it might be a way to maximize your earnings!

4. Credit Card Fraud Prevention

Members using a credit card in a name other than the name attached to the account are reviewed by the billing department and an identity request is issued. Members must supply sufficient evidence that the use of said charge card is authorized.

5. How many levels deep does this affiliate program go?

Our affiliate program goes 6 levels deep. This means that you will receive commission for each person who signs up below you for up to 6 levels.

6. How long before I can start earning money?

We only do monthly payout, which will be done in the first week of each month. As this is a small matrix & we also lowered the minimum balance to $5, you can start earning as soon as you sign up. You will receive your referral link, referral banners, and splash page needed to refer customers and affiliates alike to us immediately.

7. What is the minimum balance I must get before I can request a payment?

You must have a minimum of $5 in your account to receive your monthly payout. You don't have to request as the payout will be done automatically in the first week of each month. Please use the correct AlertPay account during registration as payout will only be done through that AlertPay account only. The system do check for your monthly membership fee payment. If you have not pay for previous month's fee, the payout status for your account will be On Hold until the system received your membership fee.

8. I have problems during sign up process. What should I do?

If you encounter a problem during the second stage of the registration (payment process through AlertPay), please check your AlertPay account to confirm whether the payment has gone through or not. If it has, and you can't log in, please send a support ticket with your username and upline (provided on screen during registration). We will check and add you in the correct position. If the payment has not gone through yet, you just need to refresh the registration page, and start from the beginning with the previous username (as it will not be added to our database unless the payment has gone through). You don't have to use a second username. The username will ONLY be added to our database once the payment has gone through.

9. How can I cancel my account?

Why on earth you want to give up your hard earned commissions and team mates below you? However, if you decided to cancel your account, you can do this by going to AlertPay, pulling up your subscriptions and canceling your subscription there. Once this is done, Alertpay will send a notice of subscription cancellation, and your account will be terminated along with any commissions due.

10. If I cancel my account, am I eligible for a refund?

Unfortunately no. Your membership fee is used to pay for your unlimited advertising services provided by us, to pay other members in the program as well as site fees, and products subscription. As soon as each payment is made, referral commissions are automatically handed out to your complete upline and you are given full access to all members download area, therefore NO REFUNDS CAN/WILL BE GIVEN. Once a payment is made, there can not be any refunds given, you must cancel your subscription at Alertpay before the next payment is due to keep them from paying the site.

This is a legitimate Home Business Opportunity, and we have given all the information necessary to make an Informed Decision. But since our products are "On-Line" it would be possible for an unscrupulous person to "join," download all our products, and then request a refund. We know and you know that only a deceitful and self-serving individual would do this... but sad to say, it happens. So, do your "due diligence" and make an informed decision, because we do not give refunds.

11. What will happen if I don't have enough balance to pay the monthly membership fees?

Once registered, the subscription payment will automatically be processed on the next scheduled payment date. If you does not have sufficient funds available on that date, the subscription will fail and another attempt will be scheduled 2 days after. If the subsequent attempt fails, one final attempt will be scheduled 2 days later. If the last and final attempt fails, the subscription will be cancelled. Your account will be automatically set to Expired and you can renew your membership by clicking the Renew button next to the account status. If you does not renew within 1 month, your account will be terminated and removed from our database with commissions due. This action is not reversible and you have to register for a new account with new username. You will also lose all your downlines (if you have any).
