Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions exist for the benefit of MyLittleSavings and its members. MyLittleSavings, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to terminate the account of any member caught in violation of the Terms and Conditions without notice.

1. This is not marketed and should not be implied as a "get rich quick" opportunity. The developer of this website has made every effort to accurately represent the product and it's potential. Your actual income is dependant on your abilities. All claims of earning potential, express or implied, should not be interpreted as a promise or guarantee of earnings. Earnings potential is entirely dependant on the person using our product, ideas, and techniques and the effort put forth. Since these factors differ according to the individual, we cannot guarantee your level of success. As such, we do not assume any responsibility for your actions.

2. Illegal activity. Members may not present MyLittleSavings promotions on any page, newsgroup, email or any distribution method that is regarded objectionable by MyLittleSavings, its Internet Service Providers, or otherwise considered unlawful according to any controlling legal authority. This includes, but is not limited to, pornography, computer viruses, prostitution, obscenity or Spam.

3. Third-Party Liability. MyLittleSavings will in no way be liable for the actions of third parties that may in any way cause members harm.

4. Terms and Conditions. MyLittleSavings reserves the right to update, modify, add or change the terms and conditions without notice.

5. Membership Fee. Our monthly membership fee is $5.95 US, nonrefundable. This is included with transaction fee charge by AlertPay.

6. The membership of the user can be canceled at anytime by the administrator without giving any reason.

7. There is only $5.95 US membership charge to become a member. This is with the additional transaction fee charge by AlertPay. During registration, you will see membership fee of $5.00 plus the transaction fee of $0.95 on the registration page before you make the payment.

8. We accept payment only through AlertPay. We will pay the actual amount of commissions earned which may be lesser when you received it due to the transaction fee charged by AlertPay. We also receive lesser amount of your membership fee payment due to these charges too.

9. Any member acting unethical or unprofessional may be removed without refund at the sole discretion of MyLittleSavings with all future commissions or products usage forfeited.

10. Membership Cancellation. Membership at MyLittleSavings is voluntary and therefore may be canceled at any time by the member. MyLittleSavings will only cancel/terminate a membership if it's deemed that the member is operating in conflict with MyLittleSavings terms and conditions.

11. Cancellation/Termination of membership. Any membership that is canceled/terminated will forfeit all benefits and privileges associated with MyLittleSavings. Any positions held in participating Programs owned by MyLittleSavings will also be forfeited and ownership will be reassigned to MyLittleSavings.

12. Relationship. A member is neither an employee nor an independent contractor of MyLittleSavings.

13. Disputes. Agreements shall be interpreted under the laws.

14. Private Information. MyLittleSavings will never provide personal information about its members to third parties without the consent of the member unless required by law.

15. Copyright Material. All branding, logos and graphics contained within MyLittleSavings are copyright use; distribution or copying of such content is expressly prohibited. MyLittleSavings provides members with approved material for marketing within the members area.

16. Damaging Intent. Any Member who engages in chat, email, postings or any other medium, content that is deemed damaging to MyLittleSavings and or its members will be terminated from MyLittleSavings. Depending on seriousness, MyLittleSavings may deem it appropriate to exercise legal action.

17. UCE/UBE or SPAM. MyLittleSavings strictly prohibits the use of UCE or SPAM. This enforcement is at the sole discretion of MyLittleSavings and for the benefit of all its members. Members proven to be participating in such activities will have their memberships canceled.

18. Contact Information. It is the responsibility of members to keep their personal records up to date at the members area. MyLittleSavings will not be responsible for communication error due to incorrect or out of date contact information. Continued failed attempts to make contact with you may result in the termination of your membership.

19. Tax. You, the member, are responsible for any and all taxes payable in you resident domicile or jurisdiction, for any income you receive either from MyLittleSavings or any program promoted via the MyLittleSavings program.

Privacy

1. Your information collected is solely for the use of MyLittleSavings and will not be sold to any other company.

2. This website utilizes cookies to protect the security of our members. As such, cookies must be enabled when using this website.

3. This website may contain links to other websites. All links are provided for informational purposes only. If you click on one of these links you are accessing another website. You are encouraged to read and follow their terms and conditions as they may differ from ours.

4. Your email address may be shared with your direct up-line and downline. It may be used for educational motivational purposes only. Spam will not be tolerated, ever. If you feel that you may be a recipient of spam emails as a result of your up-line or downline please contact the site administrator. Members found to be abusing the no spam policy will have their membership immediately terminated.
